Cost for 2004-05

$2750. The prices are based on double occupancy. A single supplement is $400, if available.

Reservations

A $900 deposit is required to make a reservation, and final payment is due 60 days prior to arrival.

What is included

Instruction, accommodations, all meals, all wine, all scheduled restaurant meals, all admissions, and local ground transportation during the week plus a scheduled pick-up in Nice on Day 1 of the program and a scheduled return to Nice on Day 7 of the program. It is suggested you arrive the day before the program begins.

Cancellations and Refunds

If a request for cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to arrival, 2/3 of the deposit, that is $600. will be refunded or the full $900. can be applied to a future session if desired. If the request for cancellation is made in writing 31-60 days prior to arrival, 65% of the total fee will be refunded, or the entire amount can be applied to a future session. There will be no refund for cancellations 30 days or less prior to arrival unless your place can be filled with another participant. In that event, your total fee, less $300. will be refunded. If a request for cancellation is made more than 45 days prior to arrival, 2/3 of the deposit, that is $600, will be refunded or the full $900 can be applied to a future session if desired. If the request for cancellation is made 45 or less days prior to arrival, no refund will be given, but the deposit can be applied to a future session.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

In the event that Georgeanne Brennan must cancel a program for any reason, all fees, including deposits, will be returned in full. However, the costs of any travel arrangement you may have made will not be reimbursed.

Travel Insurance

Travel insurance: We recommend that you purchase separate insurance in case you have to cancel your trip, as well as accident, health and baggage and personal effects loss or damage.

Responsibilities

We assume no liability for injury, delay, inconvenience, irregularity, loss or damage to person or property or additional cost resulting directly or indirectly from the following causes: fire, acts of government, thefts, delays, cancellations...over which we have no control. Further, Georgeanne Brennan and her employees act only as agents and assume no liability for injury, damage, loss, or accident in any vehicle or through default of any company or persons engaged in carrying out the arrangements of the program. No refunds will be given for any sightseeing, accommodations, meals, or excursions that the participant misses or decides not to take.
